Down Payment Assistance Program *
The Fort Bend County Housing Finance Corporation has approved a Down Payment Assistance program for 2025.
- There are limited funds available. Once the funds are committed, the program will expire.
- $5000 in Down Payment Assistance is available to qualified home buyers on a first come – first served basis.
- This assistance is available to first time home buyers interested in purchasing a home in Fort Bend County.
- This program is being administered through Covenant Capital.

Joint Venture Opportunities
The Fort Bend County Housing Finance Corporation is available to participate in joint ventures that will encourage affordable housing.
