As the Fort Bend Housing Finance Corporation,  we have had the pleasure of participating with developers in multifamily and independent senior living projects.   We act as a conduit to the developers to provide bonds. We also work to provide grants and loans. 

The developers do the work to ensure the properties are safe, affordable and well maintained.
